Okay so first up its clear you’re not actually critisising Chris’ performance but more him as a person. Your slow change of subject in that all together terrible post shows that. Second as you can see from the performance he actually sings for a great part of the performance….You can hear him actually struggling to hit notes….So If you where to say he cant sing that woud have reasonable ground..But again its clear you have less a problem with the perfomance and more him as a person…Which brings me on to my next point how cearly ridiculous it is for you to associate a fight scene with some of his dancing crew to a event that happened years ago. THIS ALONE shows kind of how sad your life is…..You actually watched a performance with the intentions of picking flaws or associating it with anything to do with the assault.

Which brings me onto my last point. Your mention of his assault. which lets be honest is your whole issue. Dont create a post critisising the funniness of the “Bernie lean” when really you wish to talk about his assault. So Lets. Okay? his assault. I have a question for you. And I want you to answer. Why if Rihanna, her family, Jay Z (her boss), etc have forgiven and forgetten the incident do you care so much?….If RIHANNA the actual VICTIM forgives him you really have no reason to comment on it.

I’m going to answer this once and then I’m going to leave it alone, because I honestly don’t like Chris Brown enough to continually talk about him. I was criticizing his performance, because I thought it was silly how much vocal backing their was. In all fairness, many of the night’s performances, with the exception of maybe Ed Sheeran, all had a lot of vocal backing. I get it, its a performance. However, my opinion - as this is my blog - is that it wasn’t a good performance. I have no issue with the “bernie lean” its not my decision who gets to utilize dance moves, it just struck me as funny. Again, my opinion.

You are right once again when you say that my actual point is the fact that he assaulted Rihanna. My issue, as you can see, is with the media and our society who continues to support a man who thinks that its okay to put a woman in the hospital. Let me be clear once more, I rarely to never watch award shows, because popular culture really isn’t something I spend too much of my “sad” life concerned with. However, I think there could have been smarter decisions made by his PR team who is probably hoping that the many of us who really think beating someone isn’t acceptable will forget at some point. Rihanna, Jay Z, her family - they’ve all forgiven - that’s fantastic. I still don’t think woman beating is acceptable and I’m still incredibly put off by him. As they are in the public eye, I can comment on it whenever I feel so inclined. If you feel like you have the freedom to comment on my life, which you know absolutely nothing about, based on the fact that I posted something on a blogging website, why then wouldn’t I have the freedom to post my opinion on an event and on a person who is the public eye?

Finally, if you were actually interested in having a debate or asking a legitimate question I would have enjoyed a conversation with differing perspectives. However since you had to open your post with commentary about how my post was “all together terrible” shows that. On top of that your need to say I must have a “sad life” simply because I made an observation about someone performing publicly and what I happened to read into it at a quick glance shows that you’re not really interested in a real conversation.
